Problem with alarm push notification?

1. How to set up the alarm push notification for the device?

Find the device on the homepage, tap the notification icon at the bottom left of the device. A pop-up window will appear, then tap “Enable Now”.

To enable push notifications, you must grant notification permissions to HiEasy on your phone and allow notifications.

Push notifications will only be sent after enabling human detection or motion detection alarms. These are generally enabled by default. If you manually disabled them, you need to enable them again.

If notification push worked before but later stopped, you can try disabling and then re-enabling notification push.

2. Can’t see pictures in the push notification?

You need to view the notification message within 2 hours in the “notification” interface to see the pushed pictures. The pictures are stored locally on the phone. After 2 hours, they may be removed from the server and no longer visible in the notification.
