WiFi camera cloud playback: no recording data for today

1. If you subscribed to a continuous recording package

Open the device settings menu from the homepage (upper right corner of the device card). Swipe up and find “Firmware update”. Update to the latest firmware version, wait about 10 minutes, then check cloud playback again.

If the problem still exists after updating, contact the seller’s customer service for assistance.

2. If you subscribed to an event recording package

With an event recording package, the camera only records when an alarm is triggered.

Similar to continuous recording, go to the device settings menu, choose “Firmware update”, update to the latest version, wait about 10 minutes, then check playback again.

Then open Settings – Alarm Management and check whether human detection or motion detection is disabled. If they are disabled, enable them. If everything looks correct but there is still no recording data, contact the seller’s customer service for assistance.
