WiFi camera is offline
First confirm whether there is a power outage, network outage, or power supply failure.
Unplug and plug in the power supply again, and check whether the camera rotates. If it does not rotate, contact the seller’s customer service for repair. If the device rotates normally, you can reset the camera and reconnect it to the network.
Image problems
1. Image appears red or purple
Go to the Settings menu and restart the device. If the problem still exists, contact the seller’s customer service.
2. Image appears white on the screen
In the app, go to Settings – Night Vision Mode – Anti-flicker Intensity, set it to “Off”, then save the settings.
