WiFi camera TF card playback problems
1. TF card error is prompted during playback
On the homepage, open the device settings menu in the upper right corner, then swipe up and find “Firmware update”. If there is a new firmware version (red dot indicator), update the firmware and then check whether TF card playback works normally. If the issue remains, contact the seller’s customer service for assistance.
2. “No card inserted” is prompted during playback
Power off the device, remove the memory card, insert it again, and power on. If the issue still exists, contact the seller’s customer service for assistance.
3. “No video data available today” is prompted during playback
In Settings – Recording and Storage, if you enabled alarm linkage recording and the device has not triggered any alarms (or the alarm function is disabled), the card status will be shown as idle.
4. Playback is intermittent
In Settings – Recording and Storage, if alarm linkage recording is enabled, the camera does not record when no alarm is triggered. If you need all-day recording, set it to continuous recording.
If you already subscribed to a continuous recording package but the recording is still intermittent, contact the seller’s customer service for assistance.
